Integration with production, procurement, and sales **Industry Segment:** Furniture Manufacturing **Position Summary:** Responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing the company's logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in warehousing, transportation, and furniture distribution processes, while meeting delivery deadlines, maintaining quality, and reducing costs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and monitor the logistics flow (receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping); * Control raw material and finished goods inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking; * Schedule and monitor deliveries, ensuring on-time performance and efficient route planning; * Manage freight carriers and freight costs, negotiating rates and delivery timelines; * Analyze logistics KPIs (On-Time In-Full, service level, inventory turnover, logistics costs); * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics processes; * Support inventory counts and warehouse audits; * Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments to align demand forecasts; * Monitor returns, damages, and customer-related issue resolution as needed. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in logistics, preferably within manufacturing; * Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience in inventory and transportation control; * Knowledge of logistics performance indicators. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the furniture industry Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
