




Description: * Experience in dealerships or automotive service centers. * Prior experience in leadership or workshop/after-sales management roles. * Solid experience in performance indicator management, budgeting, and processes. * Knowledge of workshop routines, service orders, scheduling, technical productivity, and parts usage. * Clear communication, professional demeanor, and negotiation skills. * Proactivity, ownership mindset, and focus on continuous improvement. * Experience with OEM standards and requirements (experience with GM/Chevrolet is a plus). * Strategically manage the workshop to ensure operational and financial performance, as well as high levels of customer satisfaction. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators, budgets, productivity, and profitability, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. * Plan and optimize productive capacity and service order workflow. * Ensure compliance with internal processes, OEM standards, and quality, safety, and environmental regulations. * Lead, develop, and engage the workshop’s technical and administrative team, promoting alignment, performance monitoring, and professional growth. * Handle strategic customer interactions and negotiations, especially in critical or exceptional situations. * Track operational efficiency indicators, rework, parts usage, inventory, and obsolescence to ensure business sustainability. * Serve as the interface between the dealership, the OEM (GM), and support departments, ensuring alignment and compliance. * Support infrastructure, equipment, and facility maintenance management for the workshop. 2512180202551924926
