Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as ASSISTANT PROFESSOR I – BASIC SUPERVISION II IN PSYCHOLOGY / GROUP PROCESSES – NOVA FRIBURGO AT ESTÁCIO are:** * Serve as the primary agent implementing the pedagogical proposal of our educational institutions, facilitating the learning process and fully delivering the course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—and continuously stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately utilize available teaching materials and encourage students’ use of bibliographic resources for the discipline—such as books and journals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as fulfill requests made by your respective course coordinator; * Record, via electronic gradebook, student attendance, lesson content, academic activity results, and other information related to curricular components within deadlines defined in the academic calendar; * Contribute to preparatory activities for the ENADE (National Student Performance Exam); * Advise students on their final course projects; * Employ active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model in teaching. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Academic qualification: **MASTER’S DEGREE**; * Mandatory undergraduate degree/specialization in: **PSYCHOLOGY**; * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; * Candidates must possess an updated Lattes curriculum—an essential elimination criterion.
