





**Description:** **Main responsibilities assigned to this position:** Support clients and partners via phone, portal, chat, and remote access; Identify, log, diagnose, resolve, and close requests and incidents reported by clients and partners during support interactions; Log all performed activities in the ticket management system; Suggest corrections, updates, improvements, or new knowledge entries for the KB (Knowledge Base); Develop or perform other related tasks as determined by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Willingness to learn. Communicate clearly. Proficiency in computer applications. Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of Payroll / Accounting / ERP and/or Tax systems. Minimum of 6 months of experience in technical support, customer service, or administrative roles.
