Mix and dilute paints, pigments, and other components according to established standards. Adjust paint colors when necessary to meet process or customer requirements. Verify the quality of prepared paints, ensuring compliance with color, viscosity, and other specifications. Conduct tests and prepare samples of paints for approval prior to large-scale use. Make adjustments to paint mixtures if any deviations from specifications occur. Operate and maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools used for paint preparation. Monitor inventory levels of paints, pigments, and other supplies, requesting replenishment as needed. Ensure raw materials are stored correctly, complying with safety and preservation standards. Strictly adhere to workplace safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Comply with environmental and safety regulations when handling chemicals and other materials used in paint preparation. Assist in the paint application process when required, ensuring batches are ready for use. Perform tasks related to standard Technical Assistant duties. Position located in Nova Friburgo / RJ.
