Our work environment is collaborative, diverse, and challenging, encouraging professional growth and continuous innovation, with clearly defined goals and performance-based recognition. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and ensure the security of the company's technological infrastructure. * Administer information security policies and compliance requirements. * Manage access controls, permissions, and authentications across corporate systems. * Prevent, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents. * Administer servers, networks, backups, and cloud environments. * Provide advanced technical support to end users and business units. * Implement improvements to infrastructure, security, and system performance. * Conduct internal audits and vulnerability assessments. * Support Hi Group’s technology, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives. * Prepare technical documentation, reports, and KPIs for the IT and Security areas. **Hard Skills** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Security, Networking, Systems, or related fields. * Knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux servers, and infrastructure. * Experience with firewalls, corporate antivirus, and endpoint security. * Familiarity with LGPD and best practices in information security. * Experience with cloud environments and Microsoft 365\. * Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity. * Experience in corporate technical support. * Preferred: certifications such as ITIL, ISO 27001, CompTIA Security\+, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar. **Soft Skills** * Professional ethics and responsibility regarding sensitive information. * Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. * Clear and concise communication. * Operational organization and discipline. * Innovative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Interpersonal relationship skills. * Adaptability to technological changes. * Commitment to results and operational security. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Benefit * Laundry Credit – 60 Minutes * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance – Telemedicine * Weelhub (Gympass) * Well-being Benefit: Psychologist and Nutritionist **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30 Work Location: On-site
