Description:
Mandatory Requirements:
* Driver's license category A/B.
* High school diploma.
* NR 10 and 35\.
* Experience in operations or telecommunications companies.

* Ensure proper functioning of the quality management system;
* Provide feedback on conducted monitoring and inspections;

* Perform other job-related tasks as directed by supervisors;
* Support the development of training content and updates for materials;
* Conduct on-site inspections at customer locations to assess service quality, fiber anchoring, router installation location, potential damage, connectorization, etc.;
* Support daily team routines under supervision or coordination guidance;
* Evaluate and monitor field teams' use of PPE and service quality;
* Conduct inspections of: vehicles, tools, uniforms, PPE, collective protective equipment (CPE), among others;
* Support the training instructor with new hires or refresher training;
* When necessary, recommend/suggest disciplinary actions;
* Monitor material returns when required;
* Perform risk analysis;
* Provide support in handling service complaints to gather information serving as the basis for decision-making;
* Guide, monitor, and evaluate learning;
* Understand and comply with quality policy guidelines;
* Understand and comply with normative procedures applicable to one's activity and department;
* Maintain organization of individual or shared workspaces;
* Record and document inspections, workshops, and laboratories;
* Guide, monitor, and evaluate team learning/performance;
* Participate in developing instructional resources aligned with objectives of scheduled activities;
* Identify and communicate major training needs to produce and deliver them to technical teams.
