




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and organization in the nutrition department, performing cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of equipment and environments. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure discipline in technical and operational nutrition processes 2. Perform cleaning and disinfection of various surfaces and equipment 3. Maintain replenishment of hygiene items in the food production area **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Comply with standards and procedures to regulate the flow of technical and operational processes inherent to the nutrition department; Wash and maintain merchandise transport carts; Wash and maintain waste transport carts; Clean and disinfect stainless-steel countertops; Clean and disinfect trash bins; Clean and disinfect fixed surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, etc.) according to established standards and procedures; Clean and disinfect industrial equipment in the nutrition department; Replenish paper towels, liquid soap, and hand sanitizer gel in the food production area; Collect garbage from the entire food and nutrition unit; Dilute chemical products used for unit sanitation. **SALARY:** R$ 1.655,50 **BENEFITS:** Transportation Allowance; On-site cafeteria; Health and Dental Insurance (after 3 months of experience) **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM OR 12x36 shift (schedule subject to change monthly) **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed elementary education.
