Here, you can chart your path to the future! **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) **Responsibilities:** * Support daily administrative routines, such as timekeeping, staff scheduling, material requisitions, and service follow-up. * Enter and verify data in spreadsheets and internal systems (tickets, reports, and operational controls). * Support managers or supervisors in preparing performance reports, operational KPIs, and targets. * Manage documents, correspondence, authorizations, and activity records for the unit. * Assist in procurement and requisition processes for materials, uniforms, and equipment, ensuring appropriate restocking and inventory control. * Support interactions with suppliers, service providers, and internal customers, directing requests according to established workflows. * Monitor and update employee records, access permissions, ID badges, and operational credentials. * Contribute to compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and quality standards. * Participate in operational meetings, documenting minutes and tracking action plans. * Facilitate communication among departments (Administrative, Operations, HR, and Maintenance) to ensure smooth information flow and task execution.
