In your hands.*** at www.Opella.com ***About the Role:*** You will have the opportunity to shape and execute the strategic media planning and efficiency vision **(online & offline)** for all Opella Brazil health brands (Dorflex, Novalgina, Enterogermina, Allegra, Targifor), collaborating closely with agencies, internal marketing teams, and media partners to build an integrated approach to media management, strategic investment analysis, and investment allocation. ***Key Responsibilities:*** Monitor media buying efficiency. Implement and track key KPIs alongside the Marketing team. Lead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) studies. Monitor competitor activity. Manage offline media buying and tracking. Negotiate with strategic partners (broadcast TV and digital). Manage partner agencies and media channels. Administer media-related tax credits. Interface with the Finance team. Interface with the Global team (golden rules, tracking, forecasting). ***About You:*** **Experience:** Prior experience in media roles within companies, agencies, media outlets, or digital platforms. Experience negotiating with major players (broadcast TV, digital) and managing agencies.
