Job Description: The Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Architect will be responsible for defining, evolving, and governing the e-commerce architecture on the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. They will serve as the technical authority in strategic decision-making, supporting the development team (frontend and backend), integrating critical systems, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Salesforce standards. Key Responsibilities * Define the reference architecture for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) projects; * Lead technical design decisions for integrations with OMS, ERP, CRM, and external services; * Ensure code governance and adherence to development standards across the team; * Support the definition and evolution of CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and automation; * Serve as the technical point of contact between the engineering team and business units; * Lead discussions on scalability, security, and performance of the SFCC ecosystem; * Propose and validate new technical solutions aligned with business requirements; * Conduct strategic code reviews focused on best practices and architectural compliance; * Mentor and support junior, mid-level, and senior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence; * Document architectural decisions and maintain organized knowledge repositories. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) projects, including SFRA, controllers, ISML, jobs, pipelines, OCAPI, and SCAPI; * Experience in technical governance, code review, and definition of development standards; * Knowledge of distributed systems architecture, scalability, and security; * Excellent communication skills, technical leadership, and ability to influence multiple stakeholders; * Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect certification or equivalent is preferred; * Availability to work onsite once per week at our office in São Paulo – SP.
