Maintenance and optimization of existing systems. **Description** This person will join Starta's Software Factory, collaborating on the development of technological solutions, participating in various projects, and contributing to the continuous evolution of our products and services. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop, test, and implement software solutions using Java, ensuring application quality and performance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions. Perform maintenance and optimization of existing systems, identifying improvement opportunities. Participate in code reviews and promote best development practices. Document processes and developed solutions, ensuring transparency and work continuity. **Requirements and Qualifications** Java 8\+ and Spring Boot knowledge; Frontend framework experience (ReactJS or Angular); Infrastructure and Cloud (AWS) knowledge; Experience with continuous integration and automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD); Experience working in teams using agile development methodologies; Relational and non-relational database knowledge; SOLID principles and software architecture knowledge; Unit testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing; Microservices and distributed architecture; Messaging systems knowledge (Kafka, RabbitMQ); Nice to have: Innovation-oriented mindset; Issue tracking tools (Jira or GitLab); Kubernetes.
