During the program, apprentices will study topics related to the labor market and also gain practical experience in the day-to-day operations of a corporate organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** Attend theoretical classes offered by Sicredi’s partner educational institution on previously scheduled days and times. For hands-on learning, activities will be carried out at the branch, where the young apprentice will support internal administrative routines, such as document filing and digitization, spreadsheet-based tracking, initial public service, and other operational tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school, or currently pursuing a university degree; * Be **between 14 and 22 years old**. * Possess a Work and Social Security Card (Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social). * Reside in Santiago/RS. **Additional Information** **We are looking for proactive, collaborative young people, full of energy and eager to learn and grow with us!
