Welcome to Nova 381 – a new path begins here. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A TRAFFIC OPERATOR** * Conduct regular highway inspections, monitor traffic, and identify incidents; * Assess road and signage conditions, reporting irregularities; * Provide assistance to disabled vehicles, accidents, and other emergencies; * Pre-emptively signal hazardous locations to ensure user safety; * Monitor and supervise construction works and services within the right-of-way, ensuring compliance with road safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE NEED** * Completed High School education * Driver's License Class A/D, D, or E * Prior experience as a driver is desirable * Availability to start immediately **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** Meal or Food Allowance State Health Insurance Plan – extendable to dependents ️Life Insurance Transportation Allowance Profit Sharing (PLR) Nova 381 is responsible for operating 303.4 kilometers of BR-381, stretching from km 450+540 in Belo Horizonte—where it intersects with BR-262/MG (access to Sabará)—to km 150 at its intersection with BR-116/MG in Governador Valadares. The 30-year management period includes planned investments exceeding R$ 9.5 billion and an estimated creation of 80,000 direct and indirect jobs. Among the main works stipulated in the contract are the duplication of 134.27 km (27.83 km of remaining works and 106.44 km of new sections); 83 km of auxiliary lanes; and 51 alignment corrections. As per the contract, professional freight drivers will receive enhanced support upon delivery of a Truck Driver Rest and Stop Area in February 2027; and for emergency safety, an escape area will be installed at a strategic location. Local communities will also benefit from projects improving traffic volume forecasting and surrounding infrastructure planning. The concessionaire will deliver 9.7 km of service roads, 20 pedestrian overpasses, and 166 bus stops. This highway network spans 21 cities: Antônio Dias; Barão de Cocais; Bela Vista de Minas; Belo Horizonte; Belo Oriente; Bom Jesus do Amparo; Caeté; Coronel Fabriciano; Governador Valadares; Ipatinga; Jaguaraçu; João Monlevade; Nova União; Naque; Nova Era; Periquito; Sabará; Santa Luzia; Santana do Paraíso; São Gonçalo do Rio Abaixo; and Timóteo.
