Focus on excellence, ethics, transparency, and socio-environmental responsibility. **Itapoços, a leading company in drilling and maintenance of tubular wells, has an opportunity for you!** We seek professionals who strive to excel in their work—solving our clients’ needs with quality, agility, creativity, and innovation, while upholding respect and business sustainability. **\> OPPORTUNITY** **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree; * Solid and proven experience in the field, as described in the activities below; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with focus on effective interaction with internal teams and clients; * Advanced Excel proficiency. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and administratively control construction site routines, ensuring opening and management of Service Orders (SO); * Issue and review Daily Construction Reports (RDO) and consolidate daily reports, supporting leadership in team scheduling and deadline tracking; * Open and issue Service Orders (SO), and maintain control over open, ongoing, and completed SOs; * Issue, review, and standardize RDO (Daily Construction Report), validating: team attendance (headcount, roles, hours), work fronts, tasks performed and pending items, incidents, interruptions and justifications, and productivity records where applicable; * Consolidate and submit daily reports to management and relevant departments; * Support leadership in defining and scheduling teams (allocation per work front, priority, and sequencing), maintaining visibility of planned vs. actual progress; * Keep administrative controls updated: spreadsheets, team logs, work front schedules, and activity history; * Collect information from foremen/supervisors, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure timely delivery of RDO/reports; * Organize physical/digital archives of SOs, RDOs, and reports, ensuring standardization and traceability; * Support weekly/monthly closings by consolidating construction site data (hours, progress, pending items). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * **Work Location:** Industrial District — Itabira/MG * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 07:30–17:30; Friday: 07:30–16:30 **Join Us!** **\>** Learn more about our way of being and become part of our team. **Who We Are?** Since 1996, we have operated extensively across Minas Gerais state.
