Job Summary: Gemaq Condominium Management is seeking a proactive and disciplined Purchasing Analyst to handle budgeting, monitoring maintenance activities, and supplier development. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare budgets for various materials and services 2. Monitor preventive maintenance of condominiums 3. Develop new suppliers and propose process improvements Purchasing Analyst\- 1313 Gemaq Condominium Management is looking for a Purchasing Analyst with a proactive, disciplined, and dynamic profile, possessing strong systemic vision and planning skills to perform the following duties: * Prepare purchase budgets for various materials as required by condominiums * Monitor preventive maintenance of condominiums to procure necessary materials and services * Prepare budgets for service contracts * Issue purchase orders * Enter invoices and bank slips into the system * Develop new suppliers * Propose process improvements to eliminate waste and reduce expenses * Prepare reports Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields * Prior experience in this role * Ability to work effectively in teams * Strong communication skills * Attention to detail and good time management Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Variable Bonus during months (between R$ 100.00 and R$ 150.00\) * Health Allowance * Meal Allowance of R$ 191.00 * Transportation Voucher
