Responsibilities: * Preparation of hot and cold dishes according to technical specifications; * Organization and cleaning of the workstation; * Ingredient control and proper food storage; * Assistance in dish production and finishing; * Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards; * Teamwork and agility during service. Requirements: * Prior experience in a professional kitchen; * Basic knowledge of good handling practices; * Organizational skills, commitment, and proactivity; * Ability to work under pressure; * Flexible availability. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in contemporary cuisine; * Experience in high-end restaurants; * Knowledge of refined plating and finishing techniques.
