Responsibilities: Monitor, support, and assist in unloading and handling operations of materials; Receive and inspect incoming materials; Verify receipts in accordance with purchase documentation and supply authorizations (quantity and quality); Always preserve original packaging of received materials; Ensure necessary and proper storage conditions for materials, providing new packaging when required; Report non-conformities. Identify received materials and direct them to storage operations; Collect and forward receipt documentation such as invoices, technical reports, drawings, assembly instructions, warranty certificates, and other documents related to inbound registration processes; Notify the preservation department whenever damaged, poorly packaged, oxidized, or otherwise compromised materials are identified in inventory; General warehouse services.
