The company specializes in operating in remote work areas lacking water and sewage infrastructure, such as mining and civil construction, as well as large events. ***Join our team!*** **Operations Programming and Control Assistant** **Responsibilities:** The PCO Assistant will monitor the real-time execution of Service Orders (SOs), ensure compliance with the logistical schedule, and update asset and service statuses in the system, serving as the focal point for communication between field operations and management. * **Monitors in real time** the execution of Service Orders (SOs) by field teams via GPS tracking and mobile applications. * **Identifies and resolves deviations** (delays, vehicle issues, unforeseen events) to ensure adherence to the planned schedule. * **Manages the SO status**, ensuring that check\-in/check\-out and service completion are correctly recorded in the system. * Acts as a **communication bridge** between field drivers and company management. * **Updates the asset inventory** (portable restrooms) in the system, accurately recording the location of each unit (rented, at yard, in transit). * **Validates execution data** to enable accurate billing and operational performance analysis.
