Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining vulcanization repairs on conveyor belts, screens, and chutes to ensure optimal equipment performance. Key Highlights: 1. Replace and install conveyor belts 2. Carry out emergency corrective maintenance services Responsible for ensuring vulcanization maintenance on conveyor belts, screens, pulp boxes, and chutes, aiming to keep them in full operational condition for optimal equipment performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Replace and install conveyor belts, including belt threading and removal; * Prepare for vulcanization maintenance using appropriate tools for the task—never improvise tools—and strictly comply with the company's safety standards; * Perform cold splicing of Textsteel conveyor belts using a double-acting roller, as well as splicing of Flexsteel conveyor belts using a hydraulic press; * Conduct cold, hot, and mechanical repairs on conveyor belts, and apply rubber sheeting, rubber lining, and ceramic liners to drums; * Apply cold linings to chutes, feeders, ducts, stringers, and side panels of vibrating screens, supporting other related mechanical maintenance activities; * Replace conveyor belt idlers and side guides, performing disassembly/reassembly of carry idler assemblies and conveyor decks; * Perform disassembly/reassembly of conveyor belt tensioning systems, including critical tasks such as counterweight relief and loading; * Carry out emergency corrective maintenance through immediate diagnostics and repairs, maintaining quality and reliability of results. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Completed High School education; * Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** **Our benefits package includes:** **Health insurance for employee and dependents;** **Dental insurance for employee and dependents;** **Life insurance;** **Semi-annual Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR);** **Meal allowance of BRL 1,000.00;** **Christmas Card;** **On-site cafeteria;** **Charter transportation;** **Physical activity and wellness platform — Wellhub;** **Special Support and Care Program for employees and family members — PluxeeCuida;** **6-month maternity leave (Citizen Company Program);** **20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program).** **We are a Brazilian company engaged in exploration, development, and operation of mineral assets.** With 18 years of experience, we currently operate across all regions of Brazil, with a diversified portfolio covering a wide range of minerals, including iron ore, gold, nickel, rare earth elements, phosphate, and limestone. Currently, we operate three iron ore mines in Minas Gerais: Baratinha and Mongais Mines, part of the Baratinha Complex, and Pedra Branca Mine. Our first iron ore operation, Baratinha Mine in the Vale do Aço region, commenced operations in 2014 and features a wet processing plant with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons. In 2024, the Mongais project entered operation, with a dry processing capacity of 1.5 million tons per year, increasing the total capacity of the Baratinha Complex to 4.0 million tons per year. In João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), the Pedra Branca project began operations in the third quarter of 2025. The project holds 130 million tons of resources, including 33 million tons of high-grade material, and is expected to reach full-capacity production of 2.0 million tons per year, solely via dry processing. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Água Azul do Norte, Pará State, near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed from the greenfield stage, the project does not use tailings dams for waste disposal and employs predominantly local labor.
