**Job Responsibilities:** * Provide consulting and support to franchisees regarding commercial, financial, and operational management of stores; * Monitor performance indicators and develop action plans to improve results; * Evaluate commercial performance and implement network best practices; * Advise on store layout, product display, and brand standards; * Verify inventory replenishment, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials; * Conduct training on products and franchise processes; * Support sales teams alongside franchisees; * Perform periodic store visits according to schedule; * Identify needs and address non-conformities during meetings with franchisees; * Monitor reports and performance of franchised units.
