It provides people management solutions for diverse organizations. **Responsibilities:** Conduct active talent hunting. Lead end-to-end selection processes: resume screening, interviews, behavioral and technical assessments. Prioritize hiring for commercial (sales under pressure) and operations departments. Design and execute structured onboarding with emphasis on culture, goals, and performance. Collaborate with executive leadership and managers to define candidate profiles, success criteria, and organizational culture. Monitor new hires during their first 30/60/90 days. Develop and track HR metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, early retention). Serve as guardian of the results-oriented organizational culture.
