Focus on safety, environmental protection, and cost optimization. **Mining company is hiring for:** Fleet and Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities: Manage the fleet of yellow and white line equipment; Assess requirements and guide corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities; Manage fleet performance indicators such as physical availability, cost per hour, MTBF, and MTTR; Supervise third-party maintenance contracts to ensure technical support and SLA compliance; Promote safety and environmental culture, ensuring adherence to internal standards and applicable legislation; Lead and develop the maintenance team; Prepare technical and managerial reports presenting fleet performance, costs, and strategic recommendations for management; Supervise vehicle allocation and usage, fueling; Proactively manage risks; Control truck fleet and internal/external logistics of materials; Ensure proper use of PPE. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Experience with maintenance of mobile equipment, including Mercedes and Volvo dump trucks, as well as heavy machinery such as wheel loaders, excavators, crawler tractors, and motor graders; Experience in mining operations and with maintenance-related KPIs; Experience overseeing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities; Experience in fleet management and control of operational costs; Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling (PCM); Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals and maintenance plans; Experience with crushing, screening, and wet magnetic separation plants; Knowledge of mining safety regulations (NR-22, NR-12, NR-33, NR-35); Familiarity with management systems (ERP, SAP or similar); Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Driver's license category B.
