Our unwavering commitment to the quality of our projects and our non-negotiable respect for our clients have been the pillars that position Cimos as a benchmark in the real estate market. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** \- Monitoring and verification of services according to procedures. \- Supporting planning, organization, and execution of the construction site, materials, and specialized labor. \- Ensuring compliance of the construction work with engineering standards, safety requirements, and company quality standards.\- Quantities surveying and tracking of construction phases. \- Reading technical drawings. \- Other activities related to monitoring and controlling construction works under the supervision of the engineer. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** \- Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering studies. \- Knowledge of CAD. \- Knowledge of Excel. \- Strong oral and written communication skills. \- Availability for on-site work, 6 hours/day, Monday to Friday. **BENEFITS:** \- Transportation allowance of R$320.00 \- Internship stipend of R$1\.800,00 \- Life insurance \- SECONCI Medical Assistance Job type: Internship Contract duration: 6 months Compensation: R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
