




BM VAGAS, in partnership with TGRS Informática, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the city of Timóteo-MG. Responsibilities: **Carry out activities related to the sale of company services;** **Contact customers to explain new plans and/or follow up on their needs.** **Conduct demonstrations for potential clients or to present new plans.** **Answer, filter, and forward phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and OpaSuite inquiries, providing accurate and clear information to customers, taking notes, directing to the responsible department, and recording messages.** **Register customer, contract, and financial data.** **Schedule and update service calendars (installation, migration) with customers.** **Contact customers to inform them that their payment installment is ending and attempt to renew or upgrade their plan.** **Maintain office security by following security procedures and controlling access through reception.** **Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.** **Perform general office tasks such as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.** Requirements: Completed high school with technical training in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or Quality. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in administrative routines. Good oral and written communication skills. Experience in sales will be a plus. Skills: Organization and attention to detail. Proactivity and ability to work in a team. Knowledge of integrated management systems (ERP) is a plus. Proficiency in typing and document writing. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00
