How about sharing that experience with them? Proz has been in the market for over 10 years. In addition to our technical courses offered at our own units, we also partner with the São Paulo State Government through the NOVOTEC-SP program and with the Minas Gerais State Government through the Trilhas program. These partnerships enable students to receive technical training alongside their high school education. Teachers are hired by Proz but deliver classes either within public schools or at our own units, using resources provided by those institutions.
