




Responsible for assisting in the control and monitoring of unit logistics and scheduling activities, reporting and aligning information with the team and department management. Support the control of equipment and vehicle movements, assisting in determining which equipment and personnel should be assigned to perform tasks, as well as monitoring routes and contributing to the preparation of control reports. Enter into the system, according to project/client requirements, data regarding equipment and/or personnel that will perform services, in order to monitor activity scheduling and execution. Conduct yard inspections, checking daily for the presence of personnel, equipment, and vehicles to obtain accurate information and identify incidents that could affect resource scheduling and logistics. Issue and register in the system invoices related to equipment transportation, and authorize their dispatch to project sites, aiming to meet customer needs within the appropriate timeframe. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. High school diploma required.
