Job Summary: Monitor fatigue control systems, oversee automated weighings, and identify operational non-conformities to prevent accidents. Key Highlights: 1. Fatigue control system monitoring 2. Identification of operational non-conformities Perform fatigue control system monitoring activities, including tracking and evaluating signs of improper conduct or fatigue generated by detection cameras, and monitor weighings conducted on the automated scale. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor cameras installed in company vehicles, observing driver activities to identify operational non-conformities such as: mobile phone use while driving, signs of fatigue, and attention lapses—aiming to prevent traffic accidents; * Operate and monitor the control room using fleet management systems and corporate tools to track KPIs, operational records, and support supervisors’ decision-making; * Record all incidents identified during the shift, reporting them in a dedicated data spreadsheet—including incident details, time, and involved employee—for area manager review; * Perform other tasks inherent to the job nature and organizational environment; * Carry out duties safely and maintain a preventive posture in accordance with current procedures; * Verify weighings performed on the automated scale, ensuring correct registration. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Completed high school education. We manage projects at various stages of the mineral activity cycle—from greenfield development through to full-scale operations—and employ over 2,100 professionals nationwide, all committed to our purpose. Currently, we operate three iron ore sites in Minas Gerais: Baratinha and Mongais Mines, part of the Baratinha Complex, and Pedra Branca Mine. Our first iron ore operation, Baratinha Mine in the Steel Valley, commenced operations in 2014 and features a wet processing plant with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons. In 2024, the Mongais project entered operation, adding 1.5 million tons per year of dry processing capacity, increasing the total Baratinha Complex capacity to 4.0 million tons per year. In João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), the Pedra Branca project began operations in the third quarter of 2025\. The project holds reserves of 130 million tons, including 33 million tons of high-grade ore, and is expected to reach full-capacity production of 2.0 million tons per year, exclusively via dry processing. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Água Azul do Norte, Pará State, near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed from the greenfield stage, the project does not use tailings dams for waste disposal and primarily employs local workers.
