\*JOB OPENING:\* MOBILE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR I \*Location:\* João Monlevade – MG \*Salary:\* R$ 2\.412,15 \*Working Hours:\* 8-hour shift (06:45 to 15:15 \| 14:45 to 23:15 \| 22:45 to 07:15\) \*Main Responsibilities:\* * Operate wheel loaders, mini wheel loaders, and mini excavators * Remotely operate wheel loaders (including in high-temperature operations in the steel plant) * Perform checklists and Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) prior to operations * Inspect ground conditions, access routes, and area safety * Move materials, slag, and equipment in accordance with operational procedures * Use quick couplers for transporting ladles, railcars, and torpedo cars * Drive utility vehicles when required * Maintain equipment and comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards * Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) \*Minimum Requirements:\* * Completed elementary education * Qualification course in machinery and equipment or proven experience * Driver’s license category C * NR certifications as required by law \*Preferred Qualifications:\* * Completed secondary education * Over 2 years of experience in this role * Driver’s license category E Compensation: starting at R$2\.412,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
