Progen is a company specialized in information technology solutions, offering software development and IT consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Analyze asset performance with a focus on optimizing maintenance strategies to improve availability, safety, and cost reduction. Monitor key performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, MTTF, OEE). Analyze failure data and develop technical recommendations and action plans jointly with PCM, operations, and maintenance teams. Previous experience as a Reliability Specialist, Risk Analyst, Quality Analyst, or Reliability Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
