Description: * Desired experience: Between 1 and 3 years * Office Applications: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook * Completed or ongoing higher education The Manager will be responsible for: * Team Leadership: Lead the team by example, taking the lead in the most important activities, caring for each team member, providing a professional and pleasant work environment; * Results Management: Ensure achievement of goals and planned results; * Process Management: Ensure that all service, sales, administrative, and financial processes are functioning properly and that the management system is being used correctly. * Training: Replicate trainings within their Unit, ensuring that each employee meets the network's standards. * Customer Service: Guarantee that the high service standard is applied within their unit, with punctual schedule adherence and humanized, flexible, and welcoming service to every client. * Marketing and Sales: Be a true sales leader, taking responsibility for results, executing sales actions and strategies, training the team, and practically demonstrating how to improve their sales techniques and processes; execute marketing actions and strategies, partnerships, plans, and others, achieving the designated results for their Unit. * Finance: Control the company's cash flow, providing daily reports.
