Technical support and problem resolution via online chat We are seeking a Support Analyst to join the team of a renowned Data Center company located in Curitiba/PR. **Responsibilities:** Full proficiency with Windows Server 2016 through Windows Server 2025 Mastery of Active Directory Folder permissions GPO Install and configure network printers, ensuring efficient and continuous access to printing resources for all users. Advanced knowledge of pfSense (interface configuration, point-to-point server configuration with OpenVPN, link configuration) Mastery of the Zabbix monitoring tool (installation, configuration, maintenance, and interpretation) OpenVPN installation. Experience with Brazilian Federal Revenue software (installation and configuration) Installation and updates of ERP systems (Domínio Sistemas, Questor Sistemas) Provide technical support and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively via online chat. Previous experience in the field Technical course or certifications in Networking or related areas.
