Then check out below the internship opportunity we have for you!** **\#JOINMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * **** Map critical processes (business and ITGC), identify exposures to operational risks, and execute design testing. * Update monthly Technology Key Risk Indicators (KRI), collect data, and monitor action implementation to keep these indicators within the institution’s accepted tolerance levels. * Prepare detailed reports with qualitative and quantitative analyses on Operational Risk, Internal Controls, and Business Continuity Management (BCM), reporting relevant information to the Executive Board and Senior Management, and proposing efficient action plans for risk mitigation. * Contribute to the periodic review and daily application of institutional policies, manuals, and internal procedures related to Operational Risk, Internal Controls, and BCM. * Support leadership in monitoring internal and external environments, using data extraction tools (APIs, scripts, and SQL) to consolidate information, automate control execution and notification of results. * Collaborate with all Mercantil departments to ensure efficient application of methodologies, models, and tools adopted for Operational Risk, Internal Controls, and Business Continuity Management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We’re looking for:** * Undergraduate students currently enrolled in higher education institutions in Technology-related fields; * Availability to complete the 2-year Internship Program; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day (morning or afternoon shift). **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of Power BI, Python, and SQL. **Work Location:** **Belo Horizonte/MG (Hybrid work mode);** **Additional Information** **What we offer interns:** * Internship stipend of R$2\.363,26, increasing to R$2\.588,72 after 90 days; * Transportation allowance — no deduction from the stipend; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Life insurance — no deduction from the stipend; * Mercantil Academy of Development All positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).
