Carry out activities related to human resources processes, encompassing Recruitment and Selection, Personnel Administration, Benefits, and other routine subsystems within the area, seeking best market practices in accordance with company guidelines and standards. **Responsibilities and duties** * Participate in personnel recruitment and selection processes, analyzing requests received from various departments of the branch, communicating with internal clients to clarify details about the required profile, reviewing submitted CVs, researching websites and other internal and/or external recruitment sources, in order to attract qualified candidates and meet the company's needs; * Schedule and receive candidates to understand their professional background, conducting interviews through directed questioning, behavioral assessments, and evaluating other requirements relevant to the position; * Schedule pre-employment medical exams and monitor returns to ensure completion of onboarding processes; * Participate in the onboarding of new employees by introducing them to the company, informing them about benefits, company policies, uniform distribution, and other necessary instructions, aiming to clarify internal procedures; * Assist employees by addressing their questions and needs, providing guidance or referring them to the appropriate person/department; * Schedule periodic medical exams; * Manage activities related to company-offered benefits, preparing control spreadsheets for scheduled dates and processing employee and dependent enrollments/cancellations in health and dental plans, ensuring compliance with current legislation and company benefit policies; * Represent the company as a legal representative in termination hearings and labor court proceedings when necessary; * Enter fiscal receipts and branch cash reconciliations into the system; * Manage vacation records for branch employees, updating spreadsheets, registering requests, changes, and cancellations, and arranging delivery of notifications and receipts to concerned parties; * Maintain employee work hour tracking via system, collecting data from time clocks, entering timesheets, reviewing each entry individually, making adjustments if needed, and verifying overtime, night shift allowances, and hour banks; * Generate work hour control reports via system for management review; * Attend meetings with branch departments, providing clarifications, exchanging ideas, and aligning new procedures/projects, among other tasks; * Request employee schedule changes through official forms in compliance with current legislation; * Issue official leave requests for employees through INSS; * Conduct employee termination procedures based on notices received from managers, verifying legal deadlines and reasons, sending emails to headquarters, and requesting necessary information to proceed and finalize termination processes; * Perform payroll entries via system for payments and deductions to be processed; * Cover HR colleagues' vacations at the branch, performing activities similar to those described above; * Take responsibility for implementing and promoting the branch's 5S program; * § Perform other related and inherent professional duties as directed by immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration; * Intermediate-level Office Suite skills; * Financial calculations; * Intermediate knowledge of HR routines and tools; * Relevant work experience. **Additional information*** **Meal Allowance \-** Receive assistance to cover your daily meals with greater peace of mind and well\-being. * **Transportation Voucher \-** Worry\-free mobility—easily commute to work with our transportation allowance. * **Health Insurance \-** Take care of your health and your family's with a comprehensive plan offering broad coverage at excellent hospitals and clinics. * **Dental Plan \-** Smile without worries!
