**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 44 hours
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ* Assist in preparing service surveys, budgets, and technical reports;
* Perform and spreadsheet monthly measurements according to services executed;
* Organize and spreadsheet the photographic report using photos sent by supervisors;
* Survey and spreadsheet: rainfall report, service group report, S-curve, and calculation memo.
* Upload measurements and contract-related documents to OneDrive and control systems;
* Prepare the RDO (Daily Construction Report) based on supervisors' logs;
* Manage contract-related documents — including DDSs, Technical Reports, Service Orders, Commercial Proposals, among others;
* Support the contract leader in monitoring ongoing tasks.
* Address technical requirements of contracts.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (completed)
* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and projects.
* Knowledge of technical standards and regulations for civil construction.
* Project management and schedule control knowledge is desirable.
* Familiarity with public reference price tables for materials and services (e.g., SINAPI, ORSE, etc.) is desirable.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other technical drawing software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate Excel skills.
* Experience with construction management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera) is desirable.
* Driver's license category B.
* Willingness to travel and work on-site.
