These will be your challenges as a DHO Analyst: * Identify and analyze the technical and behavioral competencies required for organizational success, and promote the development of these competencies among employees; * Design and implement career development plans that encourage employee growth and retention, providing clear professional development pathways; * Plan, coordinate, and execute training and development programs—both technical and behavioral—for all company departments; * Implement leadership development programs, such as coaching, mentoring, and management-specific training; * Conduct organizational climate surveys, analyze results, and recommend actions to improve the work environment and employee engagement; * Develop and coordinate performance evaluation processes, ensuring they are fair and effective for employee development; * Promote and reinforce organizational values and culture, aligning them with employees’ practices and behaviors; * Structure and coordinate onboarding programs for new employees, facilitating their adaptation and engagement within the organization; * Support employees through mentoring programs, aiming to develop specific skills and enhance performance; * Monitor talent development KPIs—such as internal promotion rate, training success rate, etc.—and propose improvements. 2512070202191731224
