Job Summary: Support professional in civil construction and photovoltaic system installation, responsible for loading, unloading, preparing materials, and construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to organization and safety in the workplace **Assist masons, carpenters, assemblers, and photovoltaic system installers. Load and unload construction materials, prepare construction sites, and clean work areas.** * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials, using hands or manual carts and/or hand tools, enabling utilization or removal of such materials; * Excavate trenches and pits, cut grooves in floors and walls, removing soil, plaster, and mortar; * Prepare concrete or mortar manually or mechanically; * Prepare and transport materials, tools, equipment, or any components, cleaning and arranging them according to instructions; * Assist skilled workers or supervisors with operational tasks; * Maintain cleanliness and order at service locations; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment; * Assist in photovoltaic system installation; * Work following safety regulations; * Attend meetings and training sessions when requested; * Record contact information of potential interested parties and forward it to the commercial department; * Keep the workplace always clean and organized; * Maintain work availability on a daily/hourly schedule as required by the company; * Report any damage, incident, or disagreement to the immediate supervisor; * Request refresher training when necessary; * Report to the supervisor whenever deemed appropriate, in a timely manner for resolution; * Maintain care of work tools and provide monthly accountability for them; * Follow all procedures and regulatory standards;
