Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Analyst specialized in Public Procurement to strategically analyze tender documents and manage proposals, ensuring legal compliance and competitiveness. Support to the commercial department with strategic analysis and results-oriented focus We seek a **Commercial Analyst with focus on Public Procurement**, who will act strategically in analyzing tender documents, preparing and managing proposals, and ensuring legal compliance and competitiveness in public procurement processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze public procurement tender documents, identifying technical, commercial, and legal requirements; * Prepare and organize technical and commercial proposals, as well as qualification documentation; * Register proposals and monitor electronic and in-person tenders across all modalities; * Monitor and operate on major public procurement portals; * Ensure compliance with Law No. 14.133/21 and complementary legislation; * Track deadlines, public sessions, appeals, and other stages of procurement processes; * Support the commercial department with strategic analysis and results-oriented focus. **What We Look For:** * Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in public procurement; * Comprehensive knowledge of documentation required in public procurement processes; * Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Knowledge of Public Procurement Law No. 14.133/21; * Skill in handling tenders across different modalities (e.g., auction, bidding, exemption, etc.). * **Preferred Qualification:** Experience with public procurement portals and tenders in the engineering sector. **What We Offer:** * Caju Meal Benefit of BRL 42.00 per business day; * Flexible transportation allowance; * Group life insurance; * Co-payment health plan; * Dental plan. **Work Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break; * Cruzeiro neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG * **100% in-person work arrangement** * CLT employment regime * Immediate start
