Job Summary: Assist the coordinator in planning and executing corn seed processing activities, ensuring quality, safety, and team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Lead teams of employees and third parties 2. Work with a focus on continuous improvement 3. Expand the use of Power BI for data analysis **Responsibilities:** Assist the coordinator in planning and executing activities at the Corn Seed Production Processing Unit in Santa Rosa/RS Assist the coordinator in developing, reviewing, and ensuring proper implementation of work instructions, procedures, and process orders; Responsible for ensuring compliance with company quality standards and safety policies; Coordinate and plan area activities across different shifts; Lead teams of permanent, temporary, and third-party employees during shifts; Ensure accurate recording of process data and prepare reports and KPI dashboards; Conduct periodic safety and quality dialogues; Work with a focus on continuous improvement; Expand the use of POWER BI in the department's data analysis system; Support coordination in managing activities during harvest and off-season periods. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree – Preferred fields: Agricultural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Production Engineering, as well as related Administrative disciplines. Experience in production (preferred); Leadership ability, teamwork skills, commitment, and accountability; Availability to work rotating shifts; Computer proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite; English: preferred; Corteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer.
