JOB OBJECTIVE Lead teams, guiding them in procedures according to good manufacturing practices. Assist in managing production processes, perform quality controls, implement improvements in the department, and manage departmental conflicts. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Lead production team; Participate in meetings whenever necessary; Participate in interviews and terminations, when necessary; Participate in performance evaluations of shift employees; Participate in recording warnings; Disseminate company values and culture; Assist in managing raw material and consumable supplies inventory; Monitor and guide employees in the manufacturing process; Monitor microbiological and physicochemical test results of raw materials and finished products; Train new employees in their hired roles; Monitor maintenance needs and issue service orders; Verify production and quality monitoring; Perform FIFO (First Expire, First Out) for raw materials; Master all manufacturing and sanitation processes. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Knowledge of PAC Product line expertise Operation of pasteurizers, queimatic, and standardizers Knowledge of Good Hygiene and Manufacturing Practices Knowledge of raw material handling rules to prevent contamination Safety regulations
