




We are seeking a **Mechanical or Production Engineer** to develop, improve, and monitor the production processes within the industrial unit. The professional will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and safety in processes, as well as contributing to project management and providing technical support to production, maintenance, and engineering teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor continuous improvement projects in production processes; * Develop and implement technical and operational procedures, optimizing time, cost, and quality; * Create and revise technical drawings, specifications, and process documentation; * Support failure analysis and propose solutions for mechanical equipment and systems; * Monitor equipment manufacturing and assembly, ensuring technical compliance; * Conduct industrial layout studies and line balancing; * Participate in the implementation of new products and production processes; * Monitor performance indicators (efficiency, productivity, rework, losses); * Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and occupational safety departments in executing integrated plans; * Provide technical support to production leadership and operational teams. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed in **Mechanical Engineering** or **Production Engineering**; * Active registration with **CREA**; * Previous experience in an industrial environment (preferably metalworking); * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, welding, and assembly; * Proficiency in **CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)**; * Knowledge of **Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA)**; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and technical reporting; * Good communication, organization, and analytical skills. **Advantageous Qualifications** * Experience in agricultural machinery, irrigation pivots, or metal structures industries; * Experience with production planning and control (PPC); * Advanced knowledge in SolidWorks.
