Job Summary: We are seeking a Boiler Operator to operate, control, and monitor boilers, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient steam supply for industrial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Identify and report operational anomalies to prevent failures We are looking for a Boiler Operator to join our team in Três Passos, RS. This professional will be responsible for operating, controlling, and monitoring boilers for steam generation, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient steam supply to industrial processes. This is a full-time, permanent CLT position with on-site work at our facility. * Key Responsibilities: * Operate steam boilers according to operational procedures and safety regulations; * Monitor operational parameters (pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel consumption); * Conduct routine inspections, boiler startups, and shutdowns; * Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and support preventive and corrective maintenance; * Identify and report operational anomalies, acting proactively to prevent failures; * Strictly comply with NR-13 and other applicable regulations; * Maintain operational records and ensure the safety of facilities and personnel. * Qualifications: * Experience operating steam boilers in an industrial environment; * Basic knowledge of thermal systems, combustion, valves, pumps, and measuring instruments; * Ability to identify operational deviations and act preventively; * Certification as a Boiler Operator (NR-13) will be considered an advantage; * Technical education or proven industrial experience will be an advantage. * Benefits: * Product kit; * Attendance bonus.
