Key Responsibilities: * Monitor customer orders and assist in identifying their needs; * Track order deliveries and negotiate receipt of all our products; * Develop strategic schedules and conduct regular client visits to resolve any issues arising at client sites; * Conduct monthly in-person and online meetings with the team; * Motivate, train, and engage the team. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Preferably experience in Dairy or Refrigerated products; * Familiarity with Sales routines (morning/afternoon); * Willingness to travel; * Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, teamwork orientation, negotiation ability, and organizational sense.
