We believe that when producers grow, agribusiness grows—and we grow alongside them. **If you want to transform agribusiness with purpose and be part of something great, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate daily cargo scheduling and route planning. * Ensure on-time delivery and service-level compliance. * Optimize fleet utilization and control operational costs (fuel, tolls, third-party services). * Monitor KPIs such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), cost per kilometer, damage rate, and fleet performance. * Supervise drivers and the operational team, ensuring discipline, safety, and productivity. * Address on-route incidents (delays, accidents, damages). * Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and labor laws regarding working hours. * Maintain operational relationships with customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience coordinating transportation operations. * Knowledge of fleet management, route optimization, and transportation legislation. * Experience with logistics KPIs and cost control. **Additional Information** * **Five-Year Bonus**: A monthly bonus of 2% of the base salary, granted after five years of employment. * **Free Transportation**: Available in Santa Rosa, Três de Maio, Boa Vista do Buricá, São José do Inhacorá, Horizontina, and Crissiumal. * **Meal Voucher**: All employees receive a MasterCard-branded meal voucher worth R$300.00 per month, accepted at numerous establishments for food purchases only. * **Dental Plan**: Provided through the Odonto Excellence network, offering special discounts and flexible payment plans for employees and their legal dependents. * **Lunch**: Company cafeteria covering 80% of the meal cost. * **Student Allowance**: An annual stipend aligned with the industry standard for students pursuing technical or undergraduate degrees. * **50% Reimbursement**: For specialization courses or training directly relevant to the employee’s role within the company. * **Education Partnerships**: Agreements with multiple educational institutions.
