We believe that when producers grow, agribusiness grows—and we grow alongside them. **If you want to transform agribusiness with purpose and be part of something big, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate daily cargo scheduling and route planning. * Ensure on-time delivery and service-level compliance. * Optimize fleet utilization and control operational costs (fuel, tolls, third-party services). * Monitor key indicators such as OTIF, cost per km, damage rate, and fleet performance. * Supervise drivers and operational staff, ensuring discipline, safety, and productivity. * Address on-route incidents (delays, accidents, damages). * Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and labor laws. * Maintain operational relationships with clients. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience coordinating transportation operations. * Knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and transportation regulations. * Experience with logistics KPIs and cost control. **Additional Information** * **Five-Year Bonus** (monthly additional payment of 2% of base salary after five years of employment). * **Free Transportation:** Santa Rosa, Três de Maio, Boa Vista do Buricá, São José do Inhacorá, Horizontina, Crissiumal. * **Meal Allowance:** All employees receive a MasterCard-branded meal card valued at R$300.00 per month, accepted at numerous establishments for food purchases only. * **Dental Plan:** Through the Odonto Excellence network, offering special discounts and flexible payment terms for employees and their legal dependents. * **Lunch:** On-site cafeteria covering 80% of meal costs. * **Student Support Allowance:** Annual minimum wage stipend for students pursuing technical or higher education. * **50% Tuition Reimbursement:** For specialization courses or training aligned with the employee’s role within the company. * **Education Partnerships:** Agreements with multiple educational institutions.
