Description

Job Summary: Work on welding engineering projects, developing operational sequences, line balancing, and optimizing industrial layouts, with a focus on efficiency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating with global teams and driving continuous improvement **Key Responsibilities:** * **Work on welding engineering projects applied in industrial environments;** * **Develop and structure Sequence of Events (SOE) and OMS (Operator Method Sheet);** * **Assign parts, balance production lines, and define operational standards using Industrial Engineering principles;** * **Apply DFMW (Design for Manufacturing – Welding) concepts;** * **Conduct ergonomics studies and design production lines;** * **Create, review, and optimize industrial layouts;** * **Plan and improve manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency and quality;** * **Use technical support and project development tools such as AutoCAD and Creo;** * **Support failure analysis and implementation of continuous improvements;** * **Collaborate with internal departments and global teams, including coordination with the India team;** * **Monitor performance, productivity, and quality indicators;** * **Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety requirements.** **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering;** * **Experience with manufacturing and welding processes;** * **Knowledge of MIG welding;** * **Experience in robotic welding programming;** * **Experience in Industrial Engineering and process planning;** * **Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing;** * **Experience creating and optimizing industrial layouts;** * **Proficiency in technical drawing tools (AutoCAD and/or Creo);** * **Intermediate to advanced English (required for global collaboration).** BENEFITS: VA: R$ 163.83/month VR: R$ 24.80/day VC: R$ 300.00/month BRADESCO \- PERMANENT IV NURSING \- 50% / 50% EDC PLR Life Insurance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
