We rely on the power of simplicity to connect people striving toward the same goal. **Come grow with Vyas!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise daily team activities, ensuring everyone is aligned with department goals, providing support, guidance and training to subordinates, promoting continuous development in performing tasks * Train the team using relevant presentation materials regarding processes, safety, quality and delivery logistics routines. * Inspect and prepare trucks for daily distribution, checking each vehicle's condition and maintenance needs. * Set the delivery team schedule, verifying and complying with rest and day-off criteria for the team. * Supervise fleet truck dispatching, checking each vehicle's condition and cargo loading. * Develop and verify the team's variable compensation calculation, using data collected from the system and tracking spreadsheets of delivered cases. * Monitor delivery routes, identifying and resolving any issues related to accidents, customer incidents or mechanical problems with delivery trucks. * Periodically perform remote Distribution Safety Checklist, evaluating whether the distribution team is performing their tasks safely and according to process guidelines and training instructions (use of PPEs and safe work practices). * Participate in performance analysis meetings regarding department activities, productivity, safety and service levels. * Ensure that your activities and those of your subordinates are conducted in accordance with established policies, standards and procedures. * Interact with other departments within the group companies to ensure achievement of company objectives and targets. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as directed and requested by immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH AB); * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Full knowledge of methods, techniques and work processes inherent to Logistics and distribution. * Proficiency in Excel and BI tools. * Familiarity with team management methods and techniques. **Additional information** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Referral program: Refer a friend and earn bonuses; * Program: CNH Amiga (for initial licensing or category upgrade). **Who are we?** ***Our specialty is shortening distances***, bringing you one of the world's largest beverage brands, Ambev, through our **resellers**, **logistic partnerships** and **franchised stores**.
