Would you like to join the company with the **most comprehensive agribusiness ecosystem in Brazil**? **Then grow with us through partnership!** \#join3tentos **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create and maintain weekly/monthly maintenance schedules, considering production windows, equipment criticality, and resource availability; * Plan scheduled monthly and annual shutdowns, coordinating with production, procurement, and safety departments; * Plan and schedule work orders in the CMMS/ERP system (SAP PM), defining scope, materials, labor, tools, and estimated time; * Manage the work order backlog, maintaining it at healthy levels and prioritizing actions; * Analyze equipment criticality (ABC matrix / simplified FMEA) and prioritize interventions; * Analyze equipment performance, defects, and root causes, reporting findings to immediate leadership; * Prepare management reports on planning performance and maintenance costs; organize documentation related to electrical, mechanical, civil, and process equipment maintenance; * Monitor key planning indicators (weekly schedule compliance, % of planned vs. executed work orders, % of preventive maintenance completed, average planning time); * Identify improvement opportunities in maintenance plans based on failure analysis, historical data, and manufacturer recommendations; * Control and request materials and spare parts required for planned activities, maintaining appropriate minimum stock levels; * Interface with execution teams, production, warehouse, and third-party service providers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Control and Automation) or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM) in an industrial environment; * Solid knowledge of maintenance planning, activity planning, and scheduling; * Practical experience with CMMS/ERP maintenance systems (e.g., SAP PM) is desirable; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency is a plus; * Postgraduate studies or specialized courses in PCM, Industrial Maintenance, Reliability, or Asset Management are desirable. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance or food voucher; * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan; * State-level Unimed health insurance; * Life insurance; * Annual profit-sharing program (PPR); * Discount partnership program with educational institutions. *Please monitor your* ***email*** *(including spam/junk folder) and* ***phone number*** *registered during application, as our communication regarding next steps will be sent via these channels!* **Welcome to 3tentos!** We are a family-owned company in the **agribusiness sector**, grounded in the **integrity, trust, and honesty** of the people who built this story.
