Main Responsibilities HR Strategy and Governance: \- Plan and execute the HR strategy aligned with the group’s objectives. \- Develop HR policies, guidelines, and processes (CLT, interns, and independent contractors). \- Act as a strategic partner to the executive board and leadership teams. HR Operations: \- Coordinate payroll, benefits, time tracking, hiring, terminations, and vacations. \- Ensure labor compliance and risk mitigation. \- Implement and manage HR systems and metrics. Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding: \- Lead recruitment and selection processes for administrative, technical, and leadership positions. \- Structure onboarding and integration processes. Development, Culture, and Performance: \- Implement performance evaluation, goal setting, and continuous feedback. \- Develop leaders and teams. \- Strengthen organizational culture and climate. Metrics and Data-Driven Management: \- Monitor HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, cost per employee, etc.). \- Produce managerial reports to support decision-making.
