Affirmative action position for PCD candidates with prior experience in butchery and management **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Work Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Experience Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Lead the butchery team and processes, focusing on customers and results, aligned with company policies and values; * Oversee department operations (organization, restocking, cleaning, pricing, promotions, and expiry date control), complete checklists, and implement necessary preventive and corrective actions according to department guidelines and procedures; * Lead the team using the company's people management model and with management approvals, conducting meetings and training sessions, performance evaluations, requests for position/salary adjustments, working hour control, and disciplinary actions; * Manage department inventory and losses, performing required controls per established procedures; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and food safety regulations, providing necessary guidance and oversight; * Maintain the department’s physical infrastructure, arranging purchases, maintenance, and repairs as approved by management; * Ensure customer service delivery and adherence to the company’s Customer Service Standards across the team, providing necessary guidance and oversight; * Prepare and display packaged products to maintain variety and quality; * Perform cleaning and sanitation of the department and equipment per company standards; * Assist with other departmental and store activities as needed and directed by the store manager. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * **Preferred Qualification:** Currently pursuing Technical or University studies in Administration, Management, Business Processes, or Production Engineering; * **Prior experience in management and butchery;** * Leadership skills; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PCD CANDIDATES.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Free lunch at work, Health Insurance Plan, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
